SCB was the interior designer for 465 North Park, a 54-story apartment tower located in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The design focuses on spaces that engage with the city and offer respite from that same city.

SCB was the interior designer for 505, a 45-story residential tower located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The design for the community spaces throughout the building was also influenced by 505’s location in “music city” with subtle musical references including curved wood ceilings imitating a guitar, staggered linear lighting echoing piano keys, and geometric pendant lights hung in a rhythmic manner, suggesting the notion of music notes.

The Paragon is a 47-story residential development located in Chicago’s South Loop. The 578,000-square-foot, 500-unit apartment tower is composed of mostly studios and one-bedroom units and includes 8,000 square feet of street-level retail as well as 180 public parking spaces.

Located in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop, 30 East reflects the new national urban residential trend of co-living.
