Adding greenery to your home can have a calming and grounding effect. Like potted plants near windows, or adding a few branches to your living room or bedroom.

Decclutter is important, a cluttered space can be overwhelming and stressful. Incorporating minimalism into your interior design can create a sense of calm and serenity. Opt for pieces and decor with an emotional meaning.
