\nWe don’t know about you but we heard that a small corner Swedish Restaurant named\u00a0Frantz\u00e9n<\/strong><\/em> is making the Buzz.<\/p>\n

The restaurant opened in 2008 at the same address as the Michelin-starred Mistral restaurant, which closed the year before. Is there something about the walls?
\nFrantz\u00e9n is a restaurant in Gamla stan, central Stockholm, located on Lilla Nygatan Street.<\/p>\n

High ceilings, woody tons, large balconies made the space comfortable and exquisite. In 2010, it received two Michelin stars, becoming one of only two restaurants in Sweden. The other being the Mathias Dahlgren restaurant and one of the four Nordic countries to receive this distinction.<\/p>\n

It is run by chef Bj\u00f6rn Frantz\u00e9n, head chef at Edsbacka Krog\u00a0 before opening the Frantzen\/Lindeberg restaurant together with Daniel Lindeberg. In 2009, the restaurant was awarded its first star, and in 2010 a second.<\/p>\n

And the best is, they are in Michelin Guide. The restaurant received two stars in 2014\u00a0 and three stars in the 2018 Michelin Guide.<\/p>\n
