We saw it in a previous post some amazing place reborn from old businesses, today we bring one more, the Greater Goods<\/strong><\/em>‘ new coffee roasters that have been carved from the shell of an old automotive warehouse in Austin.<\/p>\n Greater Goods is founded by wife-and-husband team Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb, who \u2013 as well as being on a mission to provide the local area with a superior coffee experience \u2013 are dedicated to giving back to the community. They partner with four local charities (including the Central Texas Food Bank), dubbing their do-gooding as \u2018coffee with a splash of kindness\u2019, with a dedicated fundraising page on the website. They also offer barista training on-site, in an SCA-certified training lab.<\/p>\n Cobb, manages production and backstage stuff, while Trang is in charge of selecting the blends, and curating the menu. House specialties include The McGregor and Fronks Latte.
