Everyone loves a good place to eat and relax so today inspiration brings to you the Hex Restaurant<\/strong><\/em> in Oudewater, Netherlands, a beautiful quiet place with a space that inspired us. The owner of the restaurant is the Dutch chef Annemiek Wils\u2019 and it takes its name from the women who sat trial as witches in the building next door in the 16th century.<\/p>\n

Happily, there is no grisly end to the tale \u2013 it appears the town was the only place in Europe that gave \u2018witches\u2019 a fair trial, so none of the accused were ever convicted.<\/p>\n
